We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains our return, refund and replacement terms.
Returns
- Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable and personal-care items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
